What it includes:
2 prenatal meetings. These meetings includes help with your birth plan. We can go over different options to make sure that your birth plan is perfect for you. We will also talk about options if we are unable to stay with the birth plan. We will go over and practice different comfort measures and I will bring my bag with me to go over the different items I have. I will answer any questions you have about pregnancy, birth, or ones just getting to know me.
Birth. I am with the Mother from the time I meet up with her for labor until an hour or two after delivery. I will not leave except to use the bathroom or stretch my legs if the labor is really long. Otherwise I am there the entire time.
1 postpartum visit. I will meet with you a week or two after you are released from the hospital to go over your labor and birth, answer any questions that you may have, and help you seek out resources as you begin your new life as a mother.
** I will provide you with a birth story and will take a couple pictures if you would like. I am not a professional photographer, but can get moments such as first holding the baby and if partner cuts the cord.**
